With the pandemic affecting lower-income groups the most, Caramella’s director and staff decided to distributed food supplies to more than 100 families during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020.
The Caramella’s team stationed an ambulance near Pandharpur, Maharashtra for 15 days, to provide first aid services and complete medical assistance to the Palkhi travelers 24 hours a day.
Every year, the Caramella’s team celebrated Independence Day and Republic Day with students from the deaf and dumb school, buy cutting a cake and treating the children to delicious snacks.
